What to bring

Remember to bring your exercise mat, some dumbbells, a sweat towel and plenty of water. 

About hydration

To be certain you're getting enough water, you should be drinking half of your body weight in ounces of water.  Additionally, during intense exercise, make sure to drink at least a half a cup of water every 15-30 minutes.
